Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management solution, which will give you complete authority over your email accounts and email campaigns. Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your emails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming emails based on specific criteria defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily set up an email filter for any of your email box accounts and change the email filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one email box to another, or even to a number of other electronic mail accounts. Simply choose the e-mail box account you would like to forward mails from, then choose the destination e-mail box and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your choice to access your mailboxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you would like to set up on your personal computer or mobile phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email mailbox will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple e-mail boxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to easily set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will handle everything else.
